Confidentiality
Client identities, item details, photography and report contents are not disclosed to any third party without written authorization, except where disclosure is compelled by law or valid legal process.
Record retention
Appraisal workfiles are retained as required by professional appraisal standards and stored securely. You may request a copy of your own report at any time.
Website data
This site collects only the information you voluntarily submit through the contact form. Standard server logs may record technical request data for security purposes.
